CRICKET NEVER STOPS!

I have set out below our exciting winter net programme. All ages apply to the 2012 SEASON High numbers mean that we have split the groups, please check the dates since although we give a start date the particular session relevant to your youngster may be a week later.
Don't hesitate to contact your last year group manager for more info!

UNDER 9's
There will be 11 sessions starting on Sun 15th January at Weydon School from 4 to 5.30pm. Cost will be £30 paid at the first session.
Everyone should attend on the 15th.
After the initial session we will split the group randomly and each group will then attend alternate Sundays. We will be really pleased to see as many girls as possible!
David Lloyd and other qualified coaches will be leading the groups.
We hope to run 2 league teams in 2012 and I am still looking for parents to RUN the teams although many have already offered their help...thanks!
Generally the league matches start before the start of summer cricket so our initial teams are selected from our winter net attendees.

UNDER 11's
There will be 14 sessions starting on Sun 15th January at Weydon from 5.30 to 7.00pm. Cost will be £35 paid at the first session.
Due to high numbers the plan is as follows
- Sun 15th January last years u10 group... then alternate sundays
- Sun 22nd January ' last years u9 group... then alternate sundays For those new to hard ball cricket the club has some general kit including helmets ( although we do recommend a personal one) plus a box! ( always a good idea!) We may mix the groups at a later date.
Girls are very welcome.

UNDER 13's
There will be 14 sessions starting on Friday 13th January at Weydon School from 6.30 to 8.00pm. Cost will be £35 paid at the first session.
The group will be split into 2 which will alternate from that date.
So the first group will start on 13th and the second group on 20th.
Richard, Mike and Carlo will advise everyone as to the split

UNDER 15's
There will be 14 sessions starting Thursday 12th January at Weydon from 6.00 to 7.30pm. Cost will be £35 paid at the first session.
The group will be split and Dave and David will advise the split to you directly.

UNDER 17's
To be advised. Neil Gregory intends to run a league team in 2012.

GIRLS
We would like girls to attend their relevant age group session. Remember that girls can also play boys cricket at the age group below if they choose.
This means that any u11 girls can attend u9 and u11 sessions etc We also plan to run 3 girls only sessions These will be on Sundays 4.00 to 5.30pm at dates to be advised.
As a general point we would like a female adult to be present when we are coaching girls of any age.
